- O Racha Aí anota quem deve quanto a quem.
10. Encerrar a conta
17. Lei aplicável e onde resolver
Estes Termos seguem a lei brasileira.

Terms of Use
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and the people behind Racha Aí. They say what the app does, what it does not do, what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. They are written to be read, not skipped.
The summary, in five lines
- Racha Aí keeps track of who owes what to whom. It does not move money: no payment happens inside the app.
- The numbers you see are what you and your friends typed in. We verify none of it, and we are not a party to your arrangement.
- You must be 18 or older.
- The app is free and has no ads. If that ever changes, we tell you first.
- You close your account yourself, in the app, once open balances are settled.
1. Who provides the service
Racha Aí is built and maintained by Fabricio Corrieri Bizonin, an independent developer. Contact: fabriciocorrieribizonin@gmail.com.
2. What you are agreeing to
By creating an account or using Racha Aí, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app. If you use the app to organise a group's expenses, you are responsible for what you record there.
3. What Racha Aí is, and what it is not
Racha Aí is a shared expense notebook. It records costs you split with other people, works out each person's share and shows the balance between you.
What it is not, and this part matters:
- It is not a payment institution, a bank, a digital wallet or a payment method. No money passes through Racha Aí. We do not process, hold, transfer or intermediate any amount.
- "Settling up" does not pay anyone. When you record a settlement in the app, you are noting that a payment happened outside it, by bank transfer, cash or whatever you agreed on. The app only takes note.
- It is not financial, accounting or legal advice.
- We are not a party to what you agree with your friends. The debt, if any, is between you.
4. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. The app records financial obligations between people, and that requires legal capacity. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
5. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google, and your password stays with them, never with us. The account is personal and non-transferable, and what happens inside it is your responsibility.
The details you provide must be truthful, the phone number above all: it is how friends find you in their address book, and a wrong number puts someone else in your place.
6. The numbers in the app are your declarations
This is the most important part of these Terms, so here it is plainly.
Everything Racha Aí calculates starts from what you and the people you split with typed in: the amount, who paid, who took part and how to divide it. We verify none of it. We do not check that the expense happened, that the amount is right, that anyone paid, or that the settlement you recorded actually took place.
The balance on screen is the arithmetic result of those declarations. It is not proof of a debt, is not a collectible instrument and does not by itself create an obligation. If you and another person disagree about an amount, that is between you: the app shows the history of what was recorded, but it does not arbitrate, does not decide who is right and does not collect from anyone.
What we do guarantee is the arithmetic: the balances in a group always add up to zero, and rounding is distributed so that no cent appears or disappears. That covers the maths, not the facts you entered.
7. People not yet on the app, and your address book
Racha Aí lets you record expenses with people who do not have an account, by creating a profile for them under a name you choose. It also matches your address book against people already using the app, if you allow it.
By using those features, you state that you have a legitimate reason to provide that information. Do not enter someone else's details without grounds, and do not use the app to expose, embarrass or pressure anyone.
What happens to your address book technically is set out in the Privacy Policy: the numbers are matched and discarded, and nothing about people who do not use the app is stored.
8. What you may not do
- Use the app for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, loan sharking or abusive debt collection.
- Try to reach data belonging to people you do not split expenses with.
- Enumerate who has an account, automate searches or work around usage limits.
- Overload, break or reverse engineer the service.
- Impersonate another person.
9. The app is free, and that may change
Today Racha Aí is free, with no ads and no sale of data. We may change features, introduce paid plans or discontinue the service. A free feature today is not a promise that it will be free forever, but we will never start charging for something without telling you first, and any change affecting what you already use is announced in the app with reasonable notice.
There may also be downtime: maintenance, a failure at a third party we depend on, or a problem of our own. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
10. Closing your account
You can do it whenever you like, in the Account tab, without asking anyone. There is a single condition, and it exists for the benefit of the people who stay: you cannot leave with an open balance. If you owe or are owed, settle first. The same goes for instalments not yet due. Without that rule, a debt would vanish from someone else's account with nobody having paid.
What happens to your data afterwards is in the Privacy Policy. In short: your personal data is deleted, and the expenses other people take part in remain without it, because their balances depend on them.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the law, or that puts other people at risk. Whenever possible, we tell you first and say why.
11. What is ours, and what is yours
The application, the Racha Aí name, the logo, the illustrations and the code are ours. You get a personal, limited and revocable licence to use the app the way it was meant to be used. That transfers no ownership.
What you write in the app, such as an expense description or a group name, remains yours. We use only what is needed to show it to the people you split with, which is the service working.
12. Liability
We build the app with care, and it can still fail. We are liable for defects in the service under Brazilian law, and nothing in these Terms removes the rights the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code gives you. A clause attempting that would be void, and that is not what is written here.
That said, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- What you and other people agree between yourselves, nor for the payment or non-payment of any amount.
- The truthfulness of what users record in the app.
- Loss of access to your account with the provider you chose (Apple or Google).
- Downtime caused by a third party the service depends on.
13. Content recorded by users
Expenses, names and descriptions are recorded by people, not by us, and are not reviewed before they appear. Under article 19 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014), we are liable for third-party content only if, after a specific court order, we fail to make it unavailable.
If something in the app offends you, exposes you or is unlawful, write to us. We will look into it.
14. App distributed through the App Store
Racha Aí is distributed through Apple's App Store, and therefore:
- These Terms are an agreement between you and us, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Support is ours. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Racha Aí.
- If the app fails to conform to any warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price, which today is zero. Beyond that, Apple has no other obligation.
- Claims relating to the app, including product liability and intellectual property, are with us.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
15. Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
If something material changes, we update this page and the date at the top. A change that restricts your rights or widens your obligations is announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the new version; if you would rather not, you can close your account.
17. Governing law and where to resolve disputes
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
In the event of a dispute, you may go to court in the jurisdiction of your own domicile, as the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code guarantees. We do not pick a distant forum to make your defence harder, and these Terms do not do that.
Before that, write to us. Most things get sorted out by email.
